Get a beach body, or become it´s not too easy, or that is dipennds of your habits
. If youa ar a person who love eating fast food all the week or always you can, this gonna be difficultier for you, because yoy have to change a lot of habilt stanting with the food you eat.



HOW BECOME TO A HEALTY LIFE?

here, some tips...

-Eat healthy: Eat fruits, vegetables and whole grains varied daily. Limit consumption of high-calorie drinks, sugar, salt, fat or alcohol. Remember reduce the amounts of carbohydrates, to prevent the accumulation of fat on your belly.






Be active: Be physically active for at least two hours a week. It includes activities that increase heart and respiratory rates and that strengthen muscles and bones. Encourage children and adolescents to practice exercise at least an hour a day.

Protect yourself: Use helmets, sunscreen and insect repellent. Wash your hands to stop the spread of germs. Avoid smoking and snuff smoke of others. Keep safe and healthy relationships with family and friends. Be prepared for emergencies. Keep a ready supply kit.
